Our modus operandi:
It is based on the following practices which we sincerely follow:
Willingness to invest our time and effort to understand your needs and achieve a status of ‘yes we are on the same page’ while taking initial briefing from the clients of their expectations. We do this before making a proposal that contains deliverables and the fees applicable.
Absolute flexibility to align our schedule to dovetail delivery to align with the constraints of the client organization. There are occasions when senior people cannot be spared on dates previously agreed due to exigencies at their end.
If we see evidence or even sense signs of not achieving the client’s expectations, which could be for a variety of reasons including but not limited to diminished commitment from the client’s top management and / or irreparable attitude of some of the employees deputed to undergo improvement programmes, we respectfully withdraw bringing an early closure to the assignment rather than linger on for retainer fee etc. That way, we do ensure that our time and that of the client does not go ‘wasted’.
Stay with the client beyond ‘agreed timeline’ to iron out or provide trailing help if needed in small measures without any extra fees. We also offer, as an option, review efforts after an agreed period to assess gains and bridge gaps but this is on a chargeable basis.
